When will my order arrive?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery handler. We provide a group of delivery handlers in major cities, and typically the delivery takes between 1 to 3 days after the order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery outside the country?
Currently, the contracted shipping companies only deliver within the country and to a select list of cities. You can find the list of cities covered by the shipping company on the delivery page.
For international deliveries, you can contact the store team via WhatsApp, providing product weight and pricing details from international shipping agents not currently registered in our store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
You should refer to our return policy to understand the return and exchange conditions. If there is a manufacturing defect and an agreement to return the product is made, the shipping costs for the company and the return shipping will be borne by the customer. The product’s value will not be charged to the customer, according to our return policy.

I want to order in bulk, is there a discount?
The store offers bulk order delivery, and there is a discount of 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly via the "Contact Us" page to inquire about the quantities and discounts.
